WE create YOUR schedule

You don't need to explain yourself to us. We get it. Creating your school's schedule is boring, time-consuming, and painstaking work. Our scheduler makes it fast and easy (relatively speaking). But what if it isn't enough? What if you want it even faster and easier? Well, then, you let us do it for you.



Here's how it works:



First, take a look at the following 3 questions below. If your answer is "YES" to any one of these questions, then we cannot help you. I mean, we could help you, but we would have to charge a lot more to do so.

1.  Are you scheduling more than 25 teachers?

2. Do you have a rotating schedule from one week to the next? (e.g. Week A/Week B-type schedules)

3. Do your students have class with a different combination of peers for most subjects? (i.e. they are NOT in a cohort)

"NO" to everything above? Nice. We still reserve the right to deny service to you on account of an overly difficult schedule, but things are looking good.

Second, fill out this 5-question survey form, in which we'll prompt you for nearly all the information we need from you to create your schedule. It is very important to be as clear and upfront as possible here, especially concerning any unique details that will affect the outcome of the schedule.

Third, wait for us to email you. If we have more questions, we'll ask them. If we feel your schedule is beyond our scope, we'll let you know. Otherwise, we'll send a contract agreement over for you to look over and sign (assuming you agree to it [hence the word "agreement"]). We'll start working as soon as we receive your signed contract agreement. Delivery is approximately two weeks from the day the contract is signed.

Fourth, wait for us to email you again, this time with a partial of your school's schedule and a link to an online invoice where you'll purchase the schedule with a one-time payment of $749. We'll email you your school's master schedule and individual teacher schedules as an Excel document once payment is approved.

And that's it! You have your schedule. Check it off your list, breathe a sigh of relief, and move on to the next thing! We just hope it's more interesting and engaging than school schedules...
